Kaki Fruit Salsa

Kaki fruit has a unique taste - a subtle, juicy mix of papaya and peach. Try it in a salsa for a sweet and spicy contrast.

Ingredients

  • (serves 3-4)
  • 2 Kaki fruit
  • 1-2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 red or white onion, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup corriander, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

Wash, peel and chop kaki fruit. Combine with other ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
